Terms of Use — BarTally

Welcome to BarTally. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. Contact: shorebartracker@gmail.com.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal drinking age in your location (21+ in the United States) to use BarTally. The app is rated 17+ and references alcohol.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in secure. You may delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete Account.

3. User content and conduct

You may post prices, events, check-ins, and other content. You are responsible for what you post, and you grant us a license to display it within the app.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or that infringes others’ rights, and not to abuse other users. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, at our discretion and without notice.

4. Reporting and blocking

You can report objectionable content and block abusive users from within the app. We review reports and act on violations, typically within 24 hours.

5. Accuracy of information

Prices, happy hours, wait times, and events are largely crowd-sourced and may be inaccurate or out of date. We don’t guarantee their accuracy. Always drink responsibly and confirm details with the venue.

6. BarTally Premium (auto-renewing subscription)

Browsing BarTally is free. BarTally Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks Plan a Bar Crawl and Spin the Wheel.

• Price and length. BarTally Premium is US$0.99 per month. The price and the billing period are shown in the app before you confirm, and Apple shows them again at the point of purchase. Prices outside the United States are set by Apple’s regional equivalents and may differ.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Cancelling. Manage or cancel any time in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the period you are already in. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue refunds.
• Restoring. Tap Restore Purchases on the Premium screen to get Premium back on a new device or after reinstalling.
• Price and feature changes. We may change the price or what Premium includes. A price increase takes effect at your next renewal and Apple will ask for your agreement before charging it.
• Free trials. There is no free trial today. If one is offered later, any unused portion is forfeited when you start a paid subscription.
• Payment details. We never see or store your card, Apple Account or other payment information.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on user-submitted information or your conduct at any venue.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
